Awaking Your Spirit

| As most people refer to this process "Awaking your Higher Self". When you are born into this world your soul goes into a sleeping state of mind, but it wakes upon your sleep. Now what most people wonder is "How do I awaken my higher self?"
There are a lot of ways to do this, like youtube video that has a high buzzing noise that it plays through..(You must have headphones) in order to properly use it. It goes through a series of buzzing loud sounds, the sounds vibrate through your head.
But this isn't the only way to awaken your soul (Higher Self). Another way, which is more basic, and has been done for thousands of years...meditation. Which if you don't know about meditation there are some forums on this section that will talk about meditation. Long periods of meditation can awaken your higher self.
Some people then ask "What are the signs of your spirit being awakened?" well the signs that I know of for instant;
*You will become emotional.
*You will feel inner piece.
*You will feel connected to the universe.
*You will want to learn more about certain things.
That is all I know about the signs.

| You know, I don't really believe much about higher self because no matter how much I read I never got it haha.. People explained it to me tons of times.. But by this I'm missing one thing which is inner peace lol.. Thats one thing that is a problem on my side haha

| I just view it as an extention of just who you are.
It seems to make people feel better though when they view it as another being all together.

| Quite, but it's all on personal views, no one will truly know until they have experienced this. I have experience a couple of these signs myself, but it could also be my human emotions as well.
