Meditation for spiritual development can be done in so many different ways. As you can meditate anyway, their is no right way. I get many questions, about psychics, mediums, spirit, guides, angels, loved ones.

Mainly they ask me how we connect to them.

Everyone has a psychic self, by that I mean that everyone is psychic and can connect with spirits. But how does meditation come into this?

Basically meditation is a journey of self-discovery, Discovering things about yourself that you've never before. By using meditation, you can do a lot of things, spirit work, past life regression, astral projection( that you prove their is life outside of the physical body). As, when I started meditation, I started to unwrap my mediumystic/psychic abilities. As, I got told iw as a psychic medium. And now look I'm a psychic medium now.

The whole point of this thread is that meditation is a big part of spiritual development. Or ygogo, tai chi ect.

I agree that meditation is a large part of the development of one's spiritual development; meditation is a method for closing out the outside world and reflecting only on oneself and therefore is good for any type of self development. It is a large part of pathways involving self development, like Buddhism.

Meditation can help lead you to a better understanding of yourself.
It can also help guide you to what you are searching for.
It can also help clear your mind of what has happened during the day and to recharge you mind and body.
I personally enjoy meditating while in the bath.

You need to be careful when you're meditating in the bath because things could go wrong. Lol, if you get what I'm saying.

A lot of the time when meditating you are still aware of the outside world you just choose not acknowledge it. It's different from sleeping, which would cut off all awareness. Sleeping in bath is bad :3
