| Lesson 1 of Palmistry by StevePalm reading has been around even before the 13th centuries, today I want to share the parts of the hands, types of hands, and the first impression a hand can give on the person doing the interrupting. The shape of a hand can right off the rip tell us what category you fall in, even the color of your hand has a meaning. Now there is the Practical hand, The Elementary hand, The Sensitive hand, The Motoric hand, The Psychic hand, The Intuitive hand, and the Intellectual hand. What is important about this study is this gives us the bases of the hands life. For an example my hand is large, my fingers are evenly spread apart but short, this is a Intuitive hand. Its means this hand has a gift to see gifts in others, this hand prefers to always being doing something constructive in its own way, they must be active when they can, and changeable personalities when dealing with other elements. Now let’s begin with the different sections of the hand. Mount of Venus, Mount of the Moon, Plain of Mars, Mount of Fingers, Phalange of Logic, Phalange of Will, Finger of Mercury, Finger of Apollo, and the Finger of Jupiter. These are all the sections of your entire hand, each one can tell us what kind of person you are, your fate, and what you have been through in life. As I collect most Palmists look at the thumb more than the rest this is called Phalange of Will and Logic. In these sections of your hand we look for patterns, girds, symbols, and shapes to determine your results. Each hand is different so we have to pay attention to interrupt your hand as correctly as possible. Now we move on to the line indications in your hands the list as follows: Racettes (Wrist), Fate line (Normally direct middle of palm), Life line (Interacts with Fate line), Line of Mercury (Interacts with Fate & Life), Heart line (above other lines, one inch roughly below fingers.), Head line (breaks off with Life line), Line of Apollo (Below ring finger), and last the Gridle of Venus (small line in-between the middle andpointer finger). Lines in a hand will almost never be the same, how short a line is and how long can make a difference. The hand is a map to a persons identify, reading one correctly can tell you almost everything you need to know, a good palmists never shares personal information on others though. So as it stands will conclude this post with a quote from: “Von Mangoldt”.“The realm of the fingers is that of differentiation. Their significance is that of aim, of aspiration, of willed and conscious action, and these of a personal quality which rises above the merely instinctive level.” – Von Mangoldt
