Relaxation Method

Couldn't think of any other place this should be, so I put it in the forum that has a lot to do with the method.

Simple Relaxation Method

Here is a simple ritual that uses the basics; meditation, grounding, and visualization, and uses the elements.
Go to a grassy area. Try an have as much nature as possible. 

Face East to ask Air to protect you. Face North and ask Water to protect you. Face West and ask Earth to protect you. Face South and ask Fire to protect you. Finally, look to the sky and ask spirit to protect you. 

Sit down on the ground. Breathe in and out. In 1....2....3....4....5, and out, 1....2....3....4....5. Do this several times until your breathing and heart rate is slows right down. It should feel as though you are sleepy. 

 

Visualize your bones turning into roots. With each breathe you take, push those roots down into the Earth. Feel the moisture in the Earth. Feel the nutrients. Take the nurtients into yourself, and visualize them taking away any negativity of any sort.

Listen to the Earth. Listen to the nature. Listen to the birds singing, the bugs in the ground, and the bees in their hives. Listen to it all, and become one with it.

Slowly bring up your roots with each inhale. Visualize them turning beack into bones.

 

Stand up, face East, to thank and dismiss Air. Face North to thank and dismiss Water. Face West to thank and dismiss Earth. Face South to thank and dismiss Fire. Finally, look up to thank and dismiss Spirit.
