| This is mostly a fun little exercise, no one sees the same thing. People have seen their spirit animal to the future to their astral selves. It's always interesting to know what people see. I made it when I was maybe 13 and what I saw was what looked like an Egyptian goddess.
Sit on the floor or bed with your legs crossed. Close your eyes and imagine that you are on land and in front of you is a body of water that is completely still. Then start to rock back and forth. Everytime you rock forward see your reflection in the water and it keeps changing until something finally sticks. What do you see?
